07:45am - 4pm Monday to Thursday
07:45am - 13:45 Fridays

The role of Rework Operatives:

Inspecting, correcting, and reworking products to meet our high-quality standards
Acting as the final line of defence, ensuring every product that reaches our customer is 100% right
Using your attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way to directly protect our customers and our reputation
Helping drive quality and continuous improvement

The ideal Rework Operatives:

Have excellent attention to detail
Can follow instructions clearly and accurately
Are confident to speak up when something isn't clear
Can adapt quickly to changing plans or procedures
Are passionate about continuous improvement and quality
Take pride in being responsible for the final quality check
Care about doing things properly and aren't afraid to ask questions

This is a critical role where quality comes first. Rework is the final line of defence, ensuring every product that reaches our customer is 100% right.
