Hours

07:45am - 4pm Monday to Thursday
07:45am - 13:45 Fridays

The role of Rework Operatives:

Responsible for inspecting, correcting, and reworking products to meet our high-quality standards
Act as the final line of defence, ensuring every product that reaches our customer is 100% right
Use your attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way to directly protect our customers and our reputation

The ideal Rework Operatives:

Have excellent attention to detail
Can follow instructions clearly and accurately
Are confident to speak up when something isn't clear
Can adapt quickly to changing plans or procedures
Are passionate about continuous improvement and quality
Take pride in being responsible for the final quality check

We're looking for a detail driven and proactive Rework Operative to join our team.

This is a critical role where quality comes first.

If you're someone who cares about doing things properly, isn't afraid to ask questions, and wants to play a key role in quality assurance-we'd love to hear from you.
