The employer is a well-established organisation within the life science industry. They are a medium-sized company with a strong focus on innovation and excellence in engineering and manufacturing.

Description

Operational responsibilities include covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling product and pallet release duties.
Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbish offline machinery.
Attending to electro-mechanical faults, diagnosing and repairing .
Ensuring all manufacturing equipment is set up and produces product according to standards.
Monitoring in-process quality, addressing issues as needed to prevent product holds.
Ensuring the minimization of downtime within planned costs for repair and spares.

23:00 - 11:00

Profile

You will be an experienced Engineer, ideally from a Manufacturing background, along with:

Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g: C&G, HND) or a time served apprenticeship.
Experience in a high volume, highly automated manufacturing environment would be beneficial
Experience in maintenance and fault finding.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player
