About the Role:

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a nursery room, ensuring children receive the highest standards of care, learning, and development in line with the EYFS framework. You will support and motivate your team while creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring high-quality care and education.
Support, mentor, and develop nursery practitioners within the room.
Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to children's learning journeys.

Requirements:

Level 3 (or above) qualification in a UK-recognised Early Years qualification.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child welfare.
Previous leadership or senior nursery experience is desirable.
Positive, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach.
