We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office & Operations Administrator to keep our client's daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming communication via telephone, post and email.
Maintain office supplies.
Be the main point of contact for facilities and conduct weekly Health & Safety checks.
Enter and allocate customer orders, ensure pricing accuracy and issue invoices.
Collaborate with Warehouse team to monitor stock levels and participate in annual/ad-hoc stock takes.
Assist with picking, packing, and providing holiday cover for the warehouse team on an ad-hoc basis.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
IT proficiency, particularly MS suite.
A hands-on approach and willingness to help out where needed.

Details:

Title: Office Administrator

Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

Location: Bracknell (office-based)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
