Work Lyf is currently recruiting an Administrator to join a busy office team based within a hospital environment in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join a company that values its employees and offers a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional manner
Provide general administrative support to the team
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of operations
Support the day-to-day administration of a busy office environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications
Experience working within a similar industry or environment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work independently and manage their workload effectively
A proactive and motivated approach to work
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to work well as part of a team

Hours of Work:

*Temporary role for 3 months*

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Flexible start times between 8:00am and 8:30am

Contract Type:

Temporary position for up 2-3 mths
