We are working with a purpose-led organisation looking to appoint an Administrator who will play a vital role in supporting people in care to build and access their financial futures.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where accuracy, organisation, and meaningful work come together.

In this role, you will take responsibility for managing and administering financial contributions allocated to long-term savings accounts. You will be involved in everything from tracking incoming payments and ensuring they are correctly allocated, to resolving queries and supporting stakeholders.

Day to day, you will work with financial data, help keep records accurate and up to date, and liaise with both internal teams and external contacts. You may also support individuals in accessing their savings and assist with wider team administration when needed.

Full training will be provided, so previous experience in this specific area is not essential.

Previous administrative experience
Comfortable working with numbers and handling data
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organised with the ability to manage your workload
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Positive, reliable, and keen to learn
