Legal Administrator / PA - Crawley (Hybrid Working)

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator / Personal Assistant (PA) to join a well-established company based in Crawley. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Administrator, Legal PA, or Secretary to support a busy team within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full administrative and PA support to senior legal professionals
Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
Handle client enquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
Maintain accurate file management systems, including opening and closing cases
Support with billing, invoicing, and general legal administration
Assist the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience as a Legal Administrator, Legal Secretary, PA, or Office Administrator
Experience within legal or professional services is highly desirable
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach
