Sales Administrator / Export Administrator | near Pershore

The rewards:

£28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Full-time, site-based, Monday to Friday

Hours:

Monday to Friday, standard office hours

The role of Sales Administrator:

Processing and managing sales orders from receipt to dispatch
Preparing quotations, sales confirmations, and invoices
Maintaining accurate customer and order records within CRM/ERP systems
Acting as a point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and order updates
Supporting the sales team with reports, forecasts, and administrative tasks
Co-ordinating with production, warehousing, and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines
Preparing and managing all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms
Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and couriers
Arranging international shipments and tracking deliveries
Maintaining accurate records for audits and compliance purposes

The ideal Sales Administrator:

Experience in sales administration and/or export administration
Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs, and Incoterms
Familiar with CRM/ERP systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
