Description

Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and assistance.
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery within established guidelines.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve any customer-related issues or queries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems as required.
Support the sales team by providing necessary documentation and information.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate team members.
Assist in preparing reports and analysing customer feedback to inform process improvements.
Contribute to the overall success of the office by fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Executive should have:
