Supply Chain & Logistics Manager | Kingston (Hybrid)

The rewards:

£40,000 – £50,000 per annum
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Hybrid working — 3 days in office, 2 at home

Hours:

Flexible — start between 8:30am and 10:00am, finish between 4:30pm and 6:00pm

The role of Supply Chain & Logistics Manager:

End-to-end co-ordination of inventory management, importing, warehouse operations, and logistics
Ensuring optimal stock levels across all warehouses
Monitoring stock ageing, shelf life, and batch control
Managing slow-moving and obsolete inventory
Co-ordinating with sales and other departments on stock requirements
Ensuring efficient processes, timely imports, and flawless deliveries with strong cost control
Eventually leading and developing a dedicated team of two

The ideal Supply Chain & Logistics Manager:

Experience in FMCG supply chain and logistics (essential)
Passionate, experienced, and able to make a meaningful operational impact
Strong cost control and process improvement mindset
