Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Site Document Administrator on a 3 Month Contract, based in Manchester

Role Summary

The Site Document Administrator is responsible for the effective management, control, distribution, and maintenance of all project documentation at the site. This role ensures that documents are accurately recorded, stored, tracked, and distributed in accordance with company procedures and project requirements. The Site Document Administrator supports project teams by maintaining document control systems and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Administrates and maintains the technical documentation at the installation site.
Administrates and maintains the documentation at site.
Ensures the availability of the up to date documentation at site.
Manages, distributes and documents feedback, responses and incoming documents (from suppliers, headquarter, customers or other third parties).
Collects the as-built entries (red-lining) and manages them.

Requirements
