Recruitment Support Colleague - Kendal, LA9 6NW

Hours

5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
Sunday 08:00–12:00
Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
34 hours paid per week
Temporary: July to December

The role of Recruitment Support Colleague:

Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
Assist with candidate onboarding and recruitment coordination
Manage and update records for absence and holiday tracking
Support compliance and maintain accurate system data
Handle client and candidate communication, ensuring a professional and responsive service
Carry out additional ad hoc administrative tasks as required

The ideal Recruitment Support Colleague:

Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Previous admin or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
