Customer Account Manager Full time Permanent

We're looking for a Customer Account Manager to become a key part of a highly successful engineering business, where you'll take ownership of customer projects from quotation through to delivery. Working closely with production, purchasing and technical teams, you'll play a critical role in keeping projects moving, overcoming challenges and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
Acting as the first point of contact for all sales-related enquiries
Managing quotations, lead times and delivery schedules
Maintaining customer order books and providing regular updates
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects stay on track
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Identifying and resolving issues before they impact customers

What we're looking for:

Previous Account Management experience and either in an engineering or manufacturing environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
Positive, flexible and solutions-focused mindset
Strong IT skills
