The role of Sales Support Executive:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping
Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments and follow-ups
Assist in preparing proposals, sales reports and presentations
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain and update the CRM system
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Monitor and manage inventory levels to support the sales team
Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and procedures

The ideal Sales Support Executive:

Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in a retail or sales support environment is advantageous
