Description

Assist in the day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and tenants.
Support client communications, ensuring queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
Conduct property inspections and report findings to the relevant stakeholders.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial summaries for properties.
Ensure compliance with all property regulations and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the wider property management team.

A successful Assistant Property Manager should have:
