The Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive Office Administrator to support our daily business operations at our Park Royal office and works. Acting as a key link between our administrative hub and our production operations, you will keep our workflow, order tracking, and customer communications running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise data entry across our ERP/MRP system, including processing purchase orders and updating production records.
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
Serve as a key point of contact for customer queries via phone and email, delivering clear and concise communication.
Liaise regularly with factory supervisors and colleagues to ensure accurate workflow updates.

What We Are Looking For:

Prior experience using an ERP/MRP system (experience with EFACS is a bonus, but full training will be provided for the right candidate).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional customer service mindset.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset suited to a small, close-knit team.
