We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Procurement & Warehousing Assistant to join a growing and dynamic organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative, purchasing, and inventory management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing goods and obtaining supplier quotations.
Raise purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier documentation.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
Organise and maintain warehouse storage areas to support efficient stock control.
Carry out regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Prepare and issue materials to support operational requirements.
Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and warehouse best practices.
Provide general administrative support for procurement and warehouse operations.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in procurement, purchasing, stores, warehousing, or inventory control.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (advantageous).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A valid forklift licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
