Are you an organised, reliable and professional Property Administrator looking for a new opportunity?

My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of property and administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities will include;

Managing property and tenancy administration
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all property certifications and compliance documentation are up to date
Coordinating and managing maintenance requirements, both reactive and proactive
Maintaining general documentation, filing and property records
Processing, monitoring and tracking invoices and general accounts administration
Providing wider administrative and organisational support as required

Ideally, you will have previous experience in property management, lettings administration or a similar environment. You will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities independently.

You will also bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive and professional approach
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and take initiative
Good all-round IT skills
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
