Customer Service Representative

This is a lovely temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced CSR to join a friendly team and deliver a first class service to the firm's customers.

The Role

Day to day you will be:

Responding to queries on the telephone and via email
Building relationships with customers
Supporting the sales team, upselling products where appropriate
Working as part of a friendly team
Maintaining compliance and necessary data
Liaising with internal and external colleagues
Performing ad-hoc duties as required

You will need:

Experience in providing first class customer service
Ideally telephone based experience - call centre/contact centre or inbound/outbound calls
First rate communication skills, able to build rapport with customers
Some experience of handling complaints and resolving issues amicably and successfully
Team player attitude and computer literacy

This temporary role is office based five days a week, paying £13 an hour.

The intention is very much for the successful temporary hire to prove themselves and transition into a permanent contract.
