Administrator - Battersea

A growing plumbing contractor is looking for an Administrator to join the team in Battersea. You'll be the backbone of the operation - managing scheduling, invoicing, and admin that keeps everything running smoothly. It is a permanent role with a very stable but growing business with opportunities to progress for someone that takes initiative and is proactive

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling and diary management using ServiceM8.
Invoicing and light bookkeeping.
Managing workload allocation and job scheduling.
Sending out invoices and tracking payments.
General office administration and coordination.
Using Xero and Claude for business operations.

The Ideal Candidate

You're organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with business software.
Good with technology, with experience using ServiceM8 and Xero (advantageous).
Be able to work well under pressure, can prioritise multiple tasks, and genuinely enjoy keeping things running smoothly.
Admin experience is ideal (construction experience advantageous).
