This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established organisation based in Maidenhead. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to provide support to a Director, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office whilst carrying out a wide variety of administrative duties.

This is a varied position where no two days will be the same. Working closely with the Director and a small team, you'll play an important role within the organisation, providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records and helping to ensure the office runs efficiently, whilst handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Salary up to £30,000 per annum, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, office based in Maidenhead with on-site parking.

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the Director and wider team.
Managing and maintaining databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Managing the Director's inbox and diary.
Responding to emails and answering incoming telephone calls.
Producing and updating documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and Forms.
Providing general administrative support across the organisation.
Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative duties.

Experience required:

Previous administration experience.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Forms.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work on your own initiative.
A professional, reliable and proactive approach.
The ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
