We are looking for a Trust Accounts & Tax Senior to support the administration, accounting and taxation requirements of a varied portfolio of trusts and estates. This role is open to 3, 4 or 5 days per week.

The firm is open to candidates currently working within a legal practice or an accountancy practice who have gained experience preparing accounts and tax returns.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of annual trust and estate accounts.
Preparation and submission of trust and estate tax returns.
Preparing personal tax returns.
Liaising with HMRC regarding trust and estate taxation matters.
Maintaining accurate accounting records and financial information for trusts.
Assisting with the administration of trusts and estates where required.

Candidate Profile

A background within either a law firm OR an accountancy practice with exposure to accounts preparation and tax returns.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to manage workloads and prioritise competing deadlines.
