The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships and sourcing outstanding healthcare professionals for temporary and permanent vacancies across the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through proactive sales, networking and business development
Build relationships with care homes, nursing homes, supported living providers and healthcare organisations
Arrange and attend client meetings to secure new business opportunities
Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements
Source, interview and place high-quality healthcare professionals
Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates
Advertise vacancies across leading recruitment platforms and social media
Deliver an exceptional recruitment service to clients and candidates
Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
Participate in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota

About You

You'll be an ambitious recruiter with a passion for sales, relationship building and delivering exceptional service.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Previous recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment preferred but not essential)
A proven track record of winning new business
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Confidence working with senior decision-makers
A resilient, target-driven and self-motivated attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
A full UK driving licence
