We are looking for a reliable and detail focused Accounts Administrator to provide day-to-day support across finance, purchasing, customer service and general office administration.

Main Duties

Support the Commercial Director and senior leadership team
Manage invoices, statements, payments and outstanding balances
Maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) records
Support purchasing and cost-saving activities
Maintain accurate payment and business records
Provide administrative cover when required
Handle calls, emails and reception enquiries
Complete general office and administrative duties
Support colleagues and other departments as required

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative, accounts or commercial role
Familiarity with accounting or business management systems
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Strong organisational and numerical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Flexible, positive and proactive approach
Ideally, you will also have experience with invoicing, purchasing, payments, CRM systems or accounts administration.
