A company operating in the leisure, travel and tourism industry, based in Liverpool.

Description

Manage and organise administrative tasks to support the department's daily operations.
Support on data migration.
Maintain and update records, databases and filing systems accurately.
Provide general support to the team and respond to ad hoc requests.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Profile

A successful admin should have:

Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
Confidence in dealing with a variety of people and situations professionally.
Ability to commute to Liverpool.

Job Offer

An hourly rate of £12.00 to £14.00, dependent on the level of experience.
3-4 week Temporary role providing flexibility in your work schedule.
Opportunity to gain valuable experience in the leisure, travel and tourism industry.
Hybrid or Fully office based.
