Are you an organised and proactive HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Do you enjoy supporting people, coordinating recruitment activities and being involved in employee engagement initiatives? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Our client is seeking an HR Administrator to join their established HR team on a 12 month maternity cover contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right person. Based on a large and busy distribution site, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the recruitment process, including interview administration and coordination
Assisting with candidate interviews and onboarding activities
Providing general HR administration support
Taking notes during investigations, disciplinary meetings and other HR related meetings
Supporting employee engagement initiatives and projects
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assisting the HR team with day to day HR activities across the site

What you'll need to succeed

Previous administration experience, within HR or recruitment
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of employment law would be advantageous
Experience within logistics or a fast-paced operational environment would be beneficial, but is not essential
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
