Sales Executive- Bradford BD4

Location: Bradford, BD4

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE OTE: £37,500 - £42,500

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

The Role

Office Angels are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation within the healthcare and medical sector. We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in Bradford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in driving business growth through proactive sales activity and account development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify sales opportunities and convert enquiries into business
Proactively contact prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities

The successful candidate will possess:

Previous experience in a sales, business development, account management, or customer-focused role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A confident and professional telephone manner
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Self-motivation with a proactive and results-driven approach
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

A full UK driving licence is essential
Access to your own vehicle is essential
Willingness to attend off-site, customer visits, and industry events as required
Ability to travel throughout the region and occasionally further afield to support business development activities
