This HR Administrator role offers the opportunity to support the full employee lifecycle across a growing business, working closely with an experienced and supportive HR Manager while gaining exposure to employee relations, onboarding, payroll and HR projects. This role is within a well-established organisation based in Slough, operating across multiple sites and supporting a large workforce in a fast-paced operational environment. Description

Provide administrative support to the human resources department.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing contracts and induction materials.
Handle general HR-related queries and direct them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations in all administrative tasks.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records for employees.
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations as required.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

Previous experience in an administrative or human resources role within the business services sector.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using HR software and general office software like Word and Excel.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

Job Offer

Permanent position based in Slough.
Salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
