We're excited to be recruiting exclusively, for this Office Administrator working for a well-established company in South Leeds (LS11).

You'll be working as part of a team of 4, Monday to Friday 33.5 hours a week (The hours are brilliant - 33.5 hours per week.

Job Title: Office Administrator * Please note SAGE experience is required for this role

Location: South Leeds, LS11. This position is office based and offers free car parking on site

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 09:00am - 4:00pm

As the Administrator your key duties would be:

Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets
Create work orders and test certificates using Sage
Manage paperwork for a key contract, including uploading documents to customer databases
Process work orders, inspection certificates, and compliance records
Answer and direct telephone calls
Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Support the day-to-day administrative running of the office
Work to deadlines and manage priorities effectively
Photocopying and scanning

You'll be the perfect match for this position if you have:

Previous Office Administration experience
Experience of SAGE is essential
Excellent computer skills, including enjoying multiple systems and updating Excel
Multitasking skills
