Experienced Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Branch Manager

Location: Cheltenham
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission + Management Development Programme + 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays increasing to 38 with service + auto enrolment pension + digital GP services + discounts

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking for an opportunity to progress into a leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is looking for the opportunity to progress. Our senior leadership team has significant experience in multi-sector high street recruitment and will proactively participate in your development and growth.

The Role

As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Branch Manager, you will:

Manage and grow existing client accounts whilst developing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Support, coach, and mentor other staff members.
Assist with branch performance, KPIs, and operational management.
Work closely with senior leadership to develop your management capabilities.
Contribute to the growth and success of the branch.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant within a 360 role.
Proven record of achieving sales and placement targets.
Strong business development and client relationship skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, driven, and commercially aware.
Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

Experience mentoring or supervising team members.
Exposure to branch operations, KPI management, or team leadership.
