Description

Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
Organise and maintain electronic and physical files as needed.
Prepare and process documents for internal use or external distribution.
Support the team with general administrative duties as required.
Respond to email and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with scheduling and organising meetings or appointments.
Ensure compliance with company data handling and confidentiality policies.

Profile

A successful Administrator / Data Inputter should have:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with common office software such as Microsoft Office.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Offer

Hourly rate of £14.00 - £16.00 dependent on the level of experience.
Temporary contract offering flexibility.
