Senior HR Advisor | Dudley - fully office based | 6 months FTC | circa £45,000

Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Dudley to recruit an experienced Senior HR Advisor on a 6-month interim contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and is confident providing expert HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with managers across the business, supporting day-to-day HR activity while driving best practice and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues.
Coach and support line managers to build confidence and capability in managing their teams.
Manage complex HR casework from start to finish, ensuring legal compliance and consistency.
Support recruitment, onboarding and talent initiatives where required.
Assist with organisational change projects and business initiatives.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and implemented effectively.
Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Contribute to continuous improvement across HR processes and employee experience.

About You

Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor or equivalent generalist HR role.
Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage complex cases independently.
CIPD qualified (or working towards) is desirable.
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment would be highly advantageous.
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
Available to start at short notice or immediately preferred.
