Planning Administrator
Location: Great Yarmouth
Contract: Temporary – 4 Weeks
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30
Pay: £12.71 per hour
IMMEDIATE START

We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and switched‑on Planning Administrator to support our client and their busy team on a short‑term assignment. This role requires someone confident with planning, scheduling, IT systems and general administration, with the ability to communicate professionally with staff and members of the public.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff scheduling — planning, organising and updating schedules for team members.
General administration — maintaining records, updating internal systems and supporting day‑to‑day office tasks.
Customer service — handling incoming calls, responding to enquiries and providing clear information.
Supporting the wider team with any additional planning or organisational tasks as required.

Key Skills Required

Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent IT literacy, confident using internal systems and Microsoft packages.
Professional communication skills and a calm, helpful approach.
Previous administration experience desirable.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
