Part-Time Crematorium Administrator & Memorial Sales Coordinator

HOURS: 9am – 5pm, Wednesday to Friday, 22.5 hours

Are you an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills and a compassionate approach? We are looking for a Part-Time Crematorium Administrator & Memorial Sales Coordinator to support the smooth running of our crematorium while providing outstanding service to families, visitors and Funeral Directors.

This varied role involves handling enquiries, arranging memorial appointments, processing memorial orders, producing correspondence and invoices, maintaining accurate records and updating information on our CRM system. You will also support credit control activities, ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and contribute to achieving memorial sales targets.

The successful candidate will have at least three years' administration experience, strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Experience of accounting, bookkeeping or using bespoke systems would be advantageous. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have access to their own vehicle and business-use insurance.

We are looking for someone who is organised, professional, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team, while demonstrating integrity, sensitivity and a positive approach to problem-solving.
