Senior Administrator Broadheath £28,000 - £30,000doe

A welcoming and long-established business based in the heart of South Trafford are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities include:

Answering inbound calls from customers and clients, dealing with their queries and general update requests in a timely manner
Record new instructions accurately on the central job tracking system.
Create electronic case files on the shared drive and upload all relevant instruction documents.
Allocate cases to consultants based on geographical location and availability.
Record completed reports on the job tracking system.
Prepare and issue fee quotations as requested.
Ensure all case records are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner.
Undertaking all other administrative duties as and when required

Essentials:

Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Competent in Microsoft Office packages including Work, Outlook and excel
Previous proven administrative experience is essential
