As an ER Advisor in Leeds within the financial services industry, you'll focus on supporting the HR team with employee relations matters, ensuring policies are followed and issues are resolved effectively. This role is based within the financial services industry in Leeds.

Description

Provide advice and support on employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to.
Work closely with managers to resolve workplace issues effectively and fairly.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects related to employee relations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all ER cases.
Offer guidance on employment law and best practices to ensure compliance.
Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies as needed.
Provide training and coaching to managers on handling employee relations matters.

Profile

A successful ER Advisor should have:

Experience in employee relations within the HR field.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £35,000 to £38,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Fixed-term contract opportunity.
Based in Leeds, within the financial services industry.
