As a Senior Business Development Manager in the retail and hospitality industry, you'll focus on driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key clients in across the UK. Your work will ensure the company's targets are met and help deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Client Details

A managed IT service provider working with enterprise clients.

Description

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve targets.
Identify and engage with prospective clients to expand the customer base.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline activity.

Profile

A successful Senior Business Development Manager should have:

Proven experience in business development within the tech sector.
Experience managing long sales cycles and dealing with enterprise accounts
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Good understanding of market trends and client needs.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
A full UK driving licence.
Ideally Based in England but will consider candidates from across the UK.

Job Offer

Base salary of £60,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
On-target earnings (OTE) of £30,000.
Company car or car allowance.
Company pension scheme.
