Job Opportunity: Part Time Office and Finance Administrator

Our client, a reputable and family-run organisation, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Part Time Office and Finance Administrator to join their friendly team. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking to contribute to a friendly working environment who needs part time hours.

Position Details:

Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Hessle, HU13
Hourly Rate: £13.50
Working Pattern: Part Time, 20-22 hours. Thursday 8am - 5pm required, flexible on other hours
Location: On-site with parking available

Key Responsibilities:

General office administration tasks, including filing and data entry
Responding to calls and emails, and addressing customer and supplier inquiries
Supporting accounts and finance administration, including credit control duties
Scheduling appointments for the engineers
Preparing and managing post and parcels
Liaising with customers and assisting in engineer scheduling
Maintaining accurate records and updating information as needed
Providing cover for holiday and sickness when required
Utilising Sage and Excel (training will be provided)

About You:
The ideal candidate will be reliable, organised, and proactive, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. While previous accounts experience is advantageous, training will be provided to great administrators who are interested in learning about finance.
