Client Details

This role is within a secretarial and business support environment.

Description

Organising and managing documents to ensure everything is up-to-date and easy to find.
Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
Answering and directing phone calls or emails to the appropriate person.
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Scheduling appointments and managing diaries to keep everyone on track.
Preparing and formatting reports or presentations when required.
Ordering office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise.

Profile

A successful part-time admin should have:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in standard office software such as word processing and spreadsheets.
Confidence in handling phone and email communication professionally.
A proactive approach to managing tasks and solving problems.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer

A permanent part-time position in a secretarial and business support setting.
Salary £23,333 (Pro rata from £35,000 full time, dependent on the level of experience.
