Are you highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities? This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing international procurement and supply chain business as an Expediting Administrator. Working with clients and suppliers across international markets, the Expediting Administrator will play an important role in ensuring orders progress smoothly from purchase order through to delivery. You’ll build strong supplier relationships, keep clients informed and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain excellent service. This Expediting Administrator role would suit someone proactive and commercially aware who enjoys coordinating people, information and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Raise and issue accurate purchase orders to suppliers
Monitor orders and track progress through to delivery
Build strong relationships with suppliers and resolve delivery issues
Provide clients with accurate ETAs and regular progress updates
Maintain accurate order, shipment and communication records
Coordinate with logistics, sales and accounts teams
Produce progress reports and highlight potential delays
Provide wider administrative support when required

Skills & Experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

Working Hours
8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
