Description

Managing residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Conducting property searches and liaising with relevant authorities.
Keeping clients updated on the progress of their transactions.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
Collaborating with solicitors and other team members to meet deadlines.
Responding to queries from clients and third parties in a timely manner.

Profile

A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:

Experience in residential and commercial conveyancing processes.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency with case management software and legal documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under time constraints.
