A recruitment agency based in the East Midlands is seeking an organised Email Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in digital marketing, communications, and candidate engagement. Full training to be provided on platforms like Mailchimp.

Key duties

Assist with the creation and scheduling of email campaigns to candidates and clients.
Support the management and segmentation of marketing databases to ensure communications are targeted and effective.
Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
Help maintain the accuracy and quality of contact data within CRM and marketing systems.
Assist with creating engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and call-to-actions.
Produce regular reports on campaign performance and recommend areas for improvement.

Candidate requirements

Strong written communication skills and a good eye for detail.
An interest in digital marketing, email campaigns, and customer engagement.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A willingness to learn new systems, CRM platforms, and marketing tools.
A positive attitude and a desire to build a career within marketing and recruitment.
