Marketing Executive

Salary: £28,000 - £32,500 per year
Location: Newbury, Berkshire
Working pattern: Full-time, office-based (5 days a week)

About the role

AP&C is a full-service marketing agency helping ambitious businesses engage, connect and grow through impactful marketing, from digital campaigns and websites to events, print and design.

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help plan, deliver and optimise campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. You'll work closely with our Account and Campaign Managers, creating content, managing campaign assets, and supporting reporting across digital, email, social and web channels.

You'll also play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of client events, working alongside our Event Managers and Director of Events to ensure every project runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone 1-2 years into their marketing career who wants hands-on agency experience and genuine room to grow. We also welcome applications from recent marketing graduates with a strong interest in the industry; training and development plans are available to support your growth with us.

What you'll be doing

Supporting the setup, delivery and optimisation of campaigns across digital, email, social, web and content channels
Creating, editing and proofreading content for emails, landing pages, websites and social media
Assisting with content planning and scheduling across digital platforms
Compiling campaign reports and helping spot opportunities for optimisation
Supporting client presentations and internal planning meetings
Building your knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing and agency services as you go

What you'll bring

1-2 years' experience in a marketing role (agency experience preferred, but strong graduates will also be considered)
Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social, paid media and SEO
Strong written communication and content creation skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable using reporting and analytics tools

Additional information

Applicants will need to be able to reliably commute to Newbury five days a week, as this is a fully office-based role. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role, so applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
