Description

Manage the operational aspects of short-term rental properties, including bookings and client communication.
Coordinate property maintenance and liaise with contractors to ensure upkeep and quality standards.
Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to maximise bookings and revenue.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines for short-term lets.
Handle guest enquiries, feedback and any issues that may arise during their stay.
Prepare reports on property performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
Support marketing efforts to promote properties and attract new clients.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and property-related documentation.

Profile

A successful Short Term Lets Manager should have:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties effectively.
Previous experience in property management or a related field.
Knowledge of short-term rental regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
