Business Administrator, Nantwich, Permanent, £26k - £27k depending on experience

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)

Our client, a well-established and reputable company based in Nantwich, is looking to recruit a Business Administrator to provide essential support to both customers and the wider office team. This is a varied position that offers plenty of responsibility and the chance to become a valued member of a friendly working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
Process customer orders accurately using the company's internal systems
Maintain and update customer information and ensure records remain accurate
Liaise with hauliers to arrange deliveries and collections
Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and general queries
Carry out a range of general office administration duties to support the wider team including some invoicing
Providing additional support to the office team when required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience within an administration role
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using internal databases or CRM systems
A proactive attitude with a willingness to support different areas of the business when required

What's on Offer:

Permanent, full-time opportunity
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Salary of £26,000 - £27,000 per annum
