Do you have a background in Administration or similar, looking to join a growing business in a full-time permanent role, with a company that offers long-term stability and opportunities for development?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading digital dental laboratory based in Enniskillen, specialising in guided surgery and serving customers across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, the business is looking to strengthen its team with an organised and detail-focused Business Administrator who can manage customer enquiries, maintain accurate records and ensure cases progress smoothly and on time.

This varied role will see you acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, preparing correspondence and keeping case records up to date. You will play an important role in ensuring customers are kept informed and that every case is managed efficiently from start to finish.

This role would suit someone from an administration background or similar, looking to join a growing business in a full-time permanent role with a company that offers long-term stability and opportunities to develop.

The Role:

Handling client enquiries and providing clear next steps
Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to keep cases moving
Providing proactive updates to clients throughout the process
Preparing and sending correspondence and short reports
Monday to Friday (9 am - 5 pm)

Background in administration or similar
Looking for a full-time permanent role
Commutable to Enniskillen
