Executive Assistant (Temporary)

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for your next interim opportunity? We are supporting a well-respected organisation in Penrith with the recruitment of an Executive Assistant to provide essential support during a period of sickness absence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys working at a senior level, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of executive and governance activities. The role offers a hybrid working pattern and is expected to last for a minimum of 8 weeks, with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

Providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders
Managing complex diaries, meetings, and schedules
Preparing meeting packs, agendas, and supporting documentation
Attending meetings and producing accurate minutes
Coordinating governance-related administration and maintaining key records
Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Supporting internal and external communications where required
Assisting with ad hoc projects and executive administration tasks

About You

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator
Confident supporting senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Skilled at minute taking and meeting coordination
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and adapt quickly to a busy environment
