We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join an NHS recruitment team, providing administrative and customer service support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. This is a temporary role for 3 months with a view to extend.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
Draft job adverts for review and publication.
Manage vacancy and applicant information using recruitment systems.
Arrange interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare conditional offer letters and complete required pre-employment recruitment checks.
Coordinate candidate start dates and ensure relevant information is processed accurately.
Respond to recruitment and general enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face.
Provide a professional and customer-focused service to candidates and colleagues.
Support recruitment events and assist candidates and visitors at in-person recruitment events.
Complete accurate data entry and retrieval relating to vacancies, applicants and employees.
Maintain and update staff records using Electronic Staff Records (ESR).
Use applicant tracking systems, including Trac, to manage recruitment information and processes.
Ensure recruitment administration is completed accurately and within required timescales.

About You

Previous recruitment administration and customer service experience.
Experience using applicant tracking or recruitment systems, ideally Trac.
Experience using ESR or a similar staff records/HR system.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
