Temporary Administrator

Start September | Initial 2-Month Contract | Excellent Graduate Opportunity

We're recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team on an initial 2-month contract starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to develop administration, customer service, and office-based skills within a professional environment.

The Role

As part of a busy team, you'll provide essential administrative support and gain exposure to a variety of business functions. This role offers excellent hands-on experience and the chance to build skills that will support your future career.

Key Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day administrative support
Managing emails and responding to enquiries
Updating and maintaining company systems and records
Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
Assisting with data entry and ensuring records are accurate
Supporting wider business projects as required

About You

Recent graduate or someone looking to gain office-based experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office applications
Positive, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to work effectively as part of a team
